Pizza – Rubirosa

Hours: Sun-Wed 11:30am – 11pm & –Thurs-Sat 11:30am – Midnight

When I say this has been the best pizza of my life, I mean it. Located in Little Italy, this small place is serving up BIG flavor. Be prepared to wait on average around 45 minutes for a table if you don’t have reservations. Luckily, you can give them your cell number and they will text you when your table is close to being ready so you can head that way. All the pizzas look  and smell amazing, but the classic is my favorite! If you want to half and half your pie, try Rubirosa Supreme – it’s delicious if you like meat!

Ice Cream – Taiyaki

Hours: Mon-Thurs Noon-10pm, Friday Noon-11pm, Sat11am-11pm, Sun 11am-10pm

Located in Chinatown, this spot is famous for their beautifully photographed ice cream that is beyond Instaworthy. While I was skeptical at first about this ice cream treat and if it was as delicious as it looks, I was happily pleased to taste some of the best ice cream ever! The famous fish cone that they serve the ice cream in is actually not hard like your traditional cone, but is warm and soft. The line moves pretty quickly as there are only a few popular combinations people tend to order, so don’t let the line scare you. If you have a sweet tooth like me, you won’t regret visiting Taiyaki!

Tea & Coffee – The Good Sort

Hours: 7 Days a Week 8am-6pm

Located on a trendy street in Chinatown, you can sit outside and enjoy the colorful surroundings with an even more colorful drink.  They are  famous for their “Rainbow Iced Latte” but have many teas, coffees and event acai bowls to choose from. I’ve never been too much of a tea drinker, but The Good Sort has me thinking otherwise. The iced dragon fruit tea with coconut milk is my fan favorite!
