Eat

  • Puka Dog
    • Perfect lunch spot! Delicious homemade bread bun surrounds the polish sausage and then you can choose one of their six original tropical relishes: mango, pineapple, papaya, coconut, banana or starfruit. With not locations on the mainland, make sure to spot and try out this one of a kind Hawaiian Style Hot Dog while you’re in Kauai!
  • Tidepools
    • Reservations recommended. Located inside in the Grand Hyatt Kauai Hotel. This is a great dinner option if you’re celebrating something special! With contemporary Hawaiian food and the coolest setting you will love Tidepools. Little bungalows floating on a koi fish lagoon, this is a one of a kind place.
  • Hukilau Lani Restaurant
    • Reservations recommended. This Hawaiian style spot services up local fresh seafood and has great cocktails! Check their website to see if they will have any live entertainment and enjoy.

Na Pali Coast Dinner Cruise

Fun

  • Na Pali Coast Dinner Cruise
    • This 4 hour ride takes place on a 65′ luxury catamaran and is one of the most beautiful things you can do in Kauai. Cruise out and enjoy cocktails as you take in the beauty of the coastline. A delicious steak and shrimp dinner is served by a wonderful crew right as the sun is setting. A must do!
  • Wailua Falls
    • Easily accessible, Wailua Falls can be seen from the road, so no hiking necessary. To get there, head north from Lihue and follow Maalo Road in Hanamaulu and travel uphill for about three miles. If you get lucky you may see one of it’s famous rainbows appear. A beautiful waterfall, worth the stop!
  • Waimea Canyon
    • Nicknamed the Grand Canyon of the Pacific, Waimea Canyon is a large canyon, about ten miles long and up to 3,600 feet deep. The view are truly breathtaking and I would highly recommend renting a car and making the drive up to see for yourself, you won’t regret it!
